Whether you are planning a large celebration or something smaller and more intimate, our wedding fairs are a great opportunity to meet a carefully selected range of local wedding suppliers and discover some stunning wedding venues.

Planning a wedding should be exciting, but it can also take a great deal of time and research. Our fairs bring a wide variety of suppliers together in one place, giving you the chance to meet them in person, discuss your ideas and find out more about the services they offer. Many suppliers also provide special offers or incentives exclusively for couples attending our events.

If you are still looking for the perfect venue, you will also have the opportunity to meet the venue’s wedding team, ask questions and, where available, take a tour of the venue.

Our wedding fairs are normally held on Sundays from 11am to 3pm, unless otherwise stated. Admission and parking are free.

Some venues also host fashion shows during the fair. This depends on the space available, so please check the individual event details to see whether a fashion show is scheduled.

The first 50 couples to arrive will receive a FREE wedding tote bag.

We ask couples attending our fairs to register their details on arrival. This information helps us understand how far in advance couples plan their weddings, how far they are prepared to travel to attend a wedding fair and how they heard about the event.

We may also share your details with a limited number of participating wedding suppliers. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of this when registering, and further information about how your personal information is used is available in our privacy notice.
