We are the best in the Berkshire area, with hundreds of Wedding Fairs successfully arranged, we are experts at connecting wedding suppliers with couples arranging their wedding celebrations. We have a number of options to help the wedding supplier reach the bridal party; from the most obvious and most successful – exhibiting at our shows, to various methods of distributing marketing material, many website listings and other media sources which include Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

At our fairs you can expect:

  • Friendly, relaxed professional environment
  • 6ft/5ft/4ft/or round table – depending on venue
  • Tea, Coffee & Water provided
  • Reusable branded wedding tote bag handed out to the first 70 wedding couples attending each fair. We can include your literature in advance for a fee
  • Wedding Couple ‘I’m getting married’ stickers to help you identify who is the happy couple in a large group
  • Limited exhibitors per business category – amount dependant on size of venue
  • 11.00am – 3.00pm fair times unless specified otherwise
  • Electricity & Wi-Fi included (Wi-Fi dependant on venue)
  • Fashion Shows at some venues
  • Various social media advertising
  • Facebook event created for each fair for you to promote in and share to your own followers
  • Digital postcard created for each fair for you to use
  • Networking opportunities
  • Detailed correspondence prior to the event date
  • Well-advertised fairs, including flyers, magazine adverts, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Ads, Eventbrite ticketing and lots of websites, roadside banners and signage
  • Proven footfall on previous venues

Allocation of Photographer Stands

Spaces for wedding photographers are firstly offered to the venue’s preferred suppliers.

If after the initial allocation any spaces remain, they are offered to photographers on our database who are located closest to the venue.

We have hundreds of photographers on our database and demand for spaces far exceeds the number we can accommodate.

Photographers may want to consider using our Flyer Distribution service to enhance their chances of reaching potential clients.

We will contact you by email if we are able to offer you a stand. 

Exhibiting at a Wedding Fair

Choosing to have a stand at one of our Wedding Fairs is a great way of showcasing your product or service directly to your target market. Attending a wedding fair in person also has the added benefit of allowing you to connect with individuals on a personal level, whether these are the wedding guests themselves or by networking with other exhibitors.
